Exciting Update on Our ST Autonomous Lane Assist (ST ALA) Development!
Last Friday, aboard the Scylla AG MPS Grace, we achieved a milestone by successfully integrating the Retina BV maneuver pilot with our ST ALA, directly linked to the propulsion. 🚢
This test marks a crucial step towards full autonomy, paving the way for the upcoming integration of motor management and steering systems with our ST ALA. Moreover, safety functionalities, including ‘Safety Stops’ in various scenarios have been tested.
The outcomes of this test are promising for the future of autonomous sailing. We’re excited to share more as we progress on this journey towards full autonomy.
